2023 – The Beginning

WINGM was founded in early 2023 by Kane Verduijn, an entrepreneur with a track record in scaling SaaS businesses. As co-owner of Optiply, he helped drive growth from $0 to $4 million ARR in four years, expanding across four regions, all while bootstrapped. After this journey, Kane set out to solve a key challenge for SaaS companies: breaking into new markets. With firsthand experience and a clear vision, he launched WINGM to help SaaS businesses achieve sustainable international growth.

2023 - Developing and fine-tuning the formula

WINGM refined its formula with a strong focus on cold calling, deepening its expertise, honing its B2B SaaS specialization, and strengthening its “no cure, no pay” model. This approach laid the groundwork for the growth that followed.

2023 - Expanding into new markets

With a proven approach and growing demand, WINGM quickly expanded its reach to include key markets: Benelux, Scandinavia, DACH, and the UK. These regions became the focus of WINGM’s tailored strategies, driving success for its clients across Europe.

2024 – Team Growth

WINGM’s growth wasn’t limited to its market reach. The team expanded rapidly, growing from just 6 to 20 full-time employees within two years. This continued growth reflects the company’s ability to scale operations while maintaining high-quality service for its clients.

2025 – A new co-owner

After two years of building the company together, WINGM appointed Menno Lohuis as co-owner in a more operational role to oversee day-to-day business. To further strengthen its foundation and strategic direction, Menno was welcomed as co-founder in 2025. His expertise and strategic mindset have been pivotal in ensuring WINGM’s continued success, solidifying its position as a leader in SaaS outbound sales.
